The volunteers who manage the coordination of the preparation of the two parades, together with the staff of the municipality, handle this material annually, check its quality and prepare it for the event of the current year. A few weeks before Easter, therefore, the staff of the municipality builds in the courtyard behind the Art Museum and the Church of San Giovanni, a large Gazebo, designed and built with the aim of faithfully presenting the sequence of characters of the Procession of Holy Thursday, in which they are precisely exposed the clothes of all the characters. It is here that it is possible to see and deepen the knowledge of the characters who parade in procession, to discuss with volunteers and also to talk about the packaging and storage of all the clothing.
