A widespread exhibition involving local and international street artists, both famous and up-and-coming, to offer a broad overview of the expressive variety – in techniques, subjects, languages and artistic sensibilities – that can be found today under the big umbrella of urban art.

Officially taking place from 28 August to 30 January 2022, the third edition of the Maroggia Triennial, a triennial art exhibition organised by the Municipality of Maroggia, whose curatorship has been entrusted this year to Artrust, an art gallery in Melano. "Tra Strada e Street Art", this is the title of the event, will involve famous artists from the national and international urban art scene, who will be creating their works throughout the summer, creating further events within the event. The ideal starting and finishing point for the exhibition will be the collateral exhibition dedicated to Bansky at Artrust art gallery in Melano.

In selecting the artists, Artrust has focused on quality, seeking to involve leading names on the local (Swiss and Italian) but also international scene, both famous and emerging, to offer an overview of the expressive variety that can be found today in the context of urban art.

The official line-up includes names such as Andrea Ravo Mattoni, Bane, Big Tato, Blub, Chinagirl, Chromeo, Dan Rawlings, Ex Xupet Negre, Giona Sonego, Jack Braglia, Kelly Halabi, Madame, NeSpoon, Nevercrew, Nocurves, Knox, Ozmo, Pro176, Rebor, Raul, Serena Maisto, TV Boy, Yuri Catania and others.
